How do I contribute a podcast?

Send your podcast as an attachment to the e-mail address below.

If your file is very large (over 10MB), then you will need to use a service such as YouSendIt. Put the e-mail address from below into the 'Recipient Box', add a message explaining brief details about your podcast (including suitable tags and who to credit), then upload the file from your computer. I will get a message from YouSendIt and can then collect the file to put on the website.
